Since we like to mix things up, we’ve turned some of our favourite recipes upside down, ensuring the contrasting flavours complement each other beautifully. Here are the traditionally savoury dishes we’ve put a sweet spin on:
Carpaccio
When you think of Carpaccio, you’ll likely think of thinly-sliced beef, generally served as an appetiser. Our creative chefs added a twist to the menu, with pineapple Carpaccio served with vanilla ice-cream.
Ravioli
Ravioli are a type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. Usually served either in broth or with a pasta sauce, they originated as a traditional food in Italian cuisine. We are proud to offer our Ravioli Nutella: sweet ravioli pockets filled with Nutella.
Pizza
There are many ways to enjoy a great slice of pizza. Deep dish or flatbread, healthy or indulgent. But how about pizzas as desserts? Our dessert pizzas are delectable and to share, so bring along your group of besties and enjoy a slice of paradise with each other.
Sweet Dreams are made of mozzarella fior di latte, brown sugar, pineapple, cinnamon & lemon. For the chocoholics out there, not much comes close to Pizza Nutella – we’ll leave the ingredients to your imagination.
Other than our savoury-turned-sweet treats, we also offer the more expected desserts such as the traditional popular coffee-flavoured Italian Tiramisu. Alternatively, try our Pannacotta; sweet, thickened cream topped with fresh strawberries and pistachios. And we can’t go without mentioning the yummy Chocolate fondant, served with vanilla ice-cream and caramel syrup.
